What is the eligibility for the SBI Associates exam
To be eligible for the SBI Clerk 2024 Exam, you must:
Be an Indian citizen or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibet residing in India.
Have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
Be between the ages of 20 and 28 years as on April 1, 2023.
Have a valid Provident Fund account or have started contributing to the New Pension Scheme (NPS).
What is the selection process for the SBI Associates exam
The selection process for the SBI Associates exam consists of two phases:
Preliminary Exam: This is an objective-type test of 100 marks, with a duration of 1 hour. It is conducted online and covers English Language, Reasoning Ability, and Numerical Ability.
Main Exam: This is also an objective-type test, with a total of 200 marks and a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. It is conducted online and covers English Language, Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, General Awareness with Banking and Computer Awareness.
Local Language Test: Candidates who qualify the Main Exam will be required to take a Local Language Test, which is a qualifying test.

Candidates can apply for engagement in one state only
Candidates can appear for the examination only once under this engagement project
Before applying, candidates are requested to ensure that they fulfill eligibility criteria for engagement on the date of eligibility.

Age Limit
Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 01.08.2023 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1995 and not later than 01.08.2003 (both days inclusive).
Maximum age indicated is for unreserved and EWS candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
